Blank Lines

You’ll note that the Notebook Maker Documentation topic list includes several blank lines. When you browse through the topics, these lines are automatically skipped over—they have no text, and are used to separate groups of related topics.

These lines consist of a topic label with only one Space character and nothing else. If you create topics such as these in your notebooks, then they will also be ignored in Browse mode.

When creating your initial text file, if you add the following:

     ....end of previous text<eot> <eol> <eot>Next Label<eol>new text.....

Then you can automatically insert the blank separating lines in the new Notebook. In the example, at the end of the previous text there is a single space character followed by the <eol> delimiter, and then another single space for the description, followed by the <eot> delimiter.
